The Institute Annual Report
It is with great pride that we share with you highlights of our work in 2009 in the Annual Report of The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy (The Institute). With a shared mission of advancing equality and justice in the American workplace, The Institute and NELA are developing a broad range of initiatives to ensure that our nation’s promise of equal justice under law is a reality for all workers.

The Institute is extremely grateful to have received several cy pres awards that have provided the necessary foundation not only to establish The Institute but to build its infrastructure and programs.  With these cy pres awards and the generous support of foundations, law firms and individual donors, The Institute has accomplished a great deal in its first two years.  The Institute’s Board and Staff look forward to an exciting future and the change that we can collectively create in the American workplace.
