The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy has launched its search for our 2012-2013 Paul H. Tobias Attorney Fellow. This two-year fellowship is based in The Institute’s San Francisco office.
The Paul H. Tobias Attorney Fellow will further, or in some situations may help to launch, The Institute's programmatic activities, including: a National Litigation Strategy Project devoted to combating inequality and injustice in the workplace; development of direct service educational programs and publications for underserved constituencies; public education relating to eliminating forced arbitration of employment claims, abolishing the employment at-will doctrine, ensuring a fair and independent judiciary, and other workers' rights issues; and non-partisan research and development of important issues affecting the American workplace.
The Institute is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, ethnic background, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin or disabilities. Please let us know if you need accommodations when scheduling an interview.
