Future programs for The Institute include educational programs and publications for underserved constituencies, such as low-income, minority, disenfranchised, and immigrant workers.  These programs and publications will be related to employment law and policy, such as anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, health and retirement benefits, workplace safety, as well as access to the civil justice system to vindicate workplace rights when they are violated.
