Ohio Lawyers Give Back was founded by Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A. to promote the use of cy pres in class action settlements.

Established in 2008 by the National Employment Lawyers Association, The Institute advocates for employee rights by advancing equality and justice in the American workplace. In doing so, The Institute utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach in combination with innovative legal strategies, policy development, grassroots advocacy, and public education.
